September 9th – Depart from USA
This evening, you board your flight for an overnight transatlantic journey to Ireland. Your journey to the Emerald Isle awaits!

September 16th - Wicklow
Wave goodbye to Waterford as you make your way to the next stop - County Wicklow. Today's plan will include a stop in Malzard's traditional Irish pub for a GAA demonstration and a true village pub experience. You will then visit Kilkenny and embark on a private road train tour that will give you the chance to explore the medieval mile, including St. Canice’s Cathedral and the Round Tower. The tour will finish up outside of Kilkenny Castle and the fabulous Kilkenny Design Centre where you can discover local crafts. After lunch, you will finish the journey north to Wicklow and arrive at your hotel to settle into the final stop on this Irish adventure. We will enjoy dinner together this evening.

September 17th - Wicklow
Start today with a tour of Glendalough, where you can visit the 6th-century monastic site and take a short walk around the serene lakes. Founded by St. Kevin and set in a glaciated valley with two lakes, the site features a remarkable round tower, stone churches, decorated crosses, a Celtic high cross, St. Mary’s Church, and St. Kevin’s Church. Historically, many Catholics believed that being buried in Glendalough was as significant as being buried in Rome. This will be followed by a visit to the Powerscourt Distillery and a chance to sample fine Irish whiskey. Return to the hotel, where you can unwind before celebrating the final evening with our Third Performance by the New Barleycorn and Farewell Dinner together.

September 10th - Dublin
This morning, you will land at Dublin Airport. Once you go through passport control, you can collect your bags and head out into the arrivals area where you will meet your private or semi-private transfer to our first hotel. Today you are free to spend the afternoon relaxing, exploring your surroundings in the heart of Dublin, or mingling with your travel companions ahead of a Welcome Reception at our hotel to kick off the tour.

September 11th – Cork
Start the day with a scenic drive from Dublin to Cork City. This journey will feature a stop at the historic Rock of Cashel (also known as Cashel of the Kings and St. Patrick's Rock), to explore its ancient ruins and breathtaking views. This historic site was the traditional seat of the Kings of Munster for several hundred years prior to the Norman invasion. The Rock is home to a chapel, a cathedral, a tower, and stunning views. This will be followed by a group lunch in the town of Cashel. Continue the journey, arriving at your hotel in the center of Cork City. Unwind and prepare to discover the vibrant local scenes. The evening will conclude with dinner at the hotel.

September 12th - Cork
Today, enjoy a slow start to the morning and a wander through this city. In the later part of the morning, the group will take part in a walking tour of Cork City and have a chance to try some local delicacies while we see The English Market, Shandon Bells, and everything else that this city has to offer. This evening we will gather at a local venue for the First Performance of the trip with our favorite duo! After this performance, choose to have dinner at one of Cork’s incredible restaurants before settling in for the night – we have a busy day tomorrow!

September 13th - Cork
Gather your energy because today you will embark on an excursion from Cork to Baltimore, where the group will experience a unique boat journey off the Irish coast with dramatic views all around. This day includes an island visit, storytelling, music, lunch, and a chance to taste local gin! Keep your eyes peeled for the beautiful wildlife, too. You will return to the city and have your final evening in Cork. Choose one of the many options for dinner, music, and fun in local restaurants and pubs.

September 14th – Waterford
Set off from Cork to Waterford, enjoying the scenic drive through Ireland’s lush countryside. Today's journey features a stop at the world-famous Midleton Distillery, where whiskey was produced until the 1970s. Continue the drive to Waterford, Ireland’s oldest city and a historical Viking hub, to discover the incredible craftsmanship in The House of Waterford Crystal before enjoying tea, scones, and a bite to eat at their café (on your own). Afterward, check into the hotel and finish the evening with a group dinner.

September 15th - Waterford
After breakfast, set off from Waterford to explore the scenic Hook Peninsula. Start at the Dunbrody Famine Ship in New Ross, where immersive exhibits bring history to life. We will head to Hook Lighthouse, the world’s oldest operational lighthouse. The group will make their way back to the hotel and get ready for dinner together as well as the Second Performance by The New Barleycorn at a nearby venue.

September 18th - Departure
This morning, after breakfast, you will depart the hotel and we will head to Dublin Airport for your transatlantic flight home. Wave goodbye to the Emerald Isle and cherish the memories and experiences that will serve as tokens of this trip. Sláinte!
